FAQ

Video upscaler questions

Still unsure? Email support@raindance-ai.cc.

What does the AI video upscaler do?

It rebuilds each frame of a low-resolution video at 1080p. AI restores edges and fine detail and cleans up compression artifacts, so the result looks sharper than simply stretching the original.

Which videos can I upload?

MP4, MOV or WebM clips up to 60 seconds and 90 MB, below 1080p. Landscape, portrait and square videos all work: the shorter side becomes 1080 pixels and the aspect ratio stays the same.

How much does it cost?

2 credits per second of video, rounded up to the next second, so a 60-second clip costs 120 credits. New accounts get 300 free credits. Credits come in one-time packs — no subscription.

How long does it take?

Enhancement takes roughly 20 to 30 times the length of the clip, so a 60-second video can take 20–30 minutes. You can close the tab; the video keeps processing and is saved to your account.

Is the original audio kept?

Yes. The enhanced video uses the original soundtrack. Output is MP4 at 30 frames per second.

Will it change how my video looks?

It doesn’t add new content, but AI enhancement reconstructs fine detail and can smooth skin and textures. Check the result before you publish it.

What happens if enhancement fails?

Credits are only held while your video processes. If it fails for any reason, the held credits go straight back to your balance.

Who can see my videos?

Uploads and results are stored privately in your account. Only upload videos you own or have permission to use.
